Before packing the Floor decking machine, workers will take professional pre-treatment measures to provide stable support for the equipment and avoid transportation damage. During the specific operation, workers will first conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the cargo compartment floor of the packing truck to ensure the surface is flat and free of sharp protrusions. Then, specially made wooden or steel support feet will be orderly laid in the compartment. These support feet are usually strictly designed with uniform height and wide bases to disperse the equipment's weight and enhance stability.

After the processing work is completed, workers will first conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components of the machine (such as the body, transmission system, electrical control box, molds, etc.), record any damage or malfunctions (if any), and then clean the oil and dust from the equipment's surface. Special attention is paid to the dust-proof treatment of transmission components (such as gears and chains) and electrical components. Then, they will plan the disassembly and placement positions of the components to ensure balance of the center of gravity and avoid shaking during transportation.

After all inspections are completed and confirmed to be error-free, we have specifically taken measures to prevent the machine from deforming during the packing process.

Workers will use lifting equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts to carefully hoist the floor deck rool forming machine and lower it slowly. When the machine similar as the support feet, experienced commanders will precisely guide operators to fine-tune the equipment's position through hand signals or walkie-talkies,ensuring that the specific support parts at the bottom of the floor decking machine correspond to the support feet in the truck compartment one by one. After the equipment is steadily placed on the support feet, workers will immediately check whether the equipment is level and use auxiliary materials such as wooden wedges and padding plates to fill and reinforce the gaps between the support feet and the equipment, preventing the equipment from shifting or its base from being knocked due to bumps during transportation, and laying a secure foundation for the subsequent complete packing.

After the packing is completed, to ensure that the floor decking machine and its accessories remain completely stationary during long-distance transportation, workers will secure the machine from all angles to prevent scratches caused by movement. First, specially designed high-elastic rubber buffer strips will be embedded in all gaps between the equipment and the inner walls of the wooden crate. These buffer strips can not only absorb bumps and vibrations but also prevent metal components from directly contacting the crate, thus avoiding scratches.

For the main body of the floor decking machine, workers will use anti-rust steel wire ropes to crisscross around the equipment longitudinally and transversely. Soft rubber pads are placed at the contact points between the wire ropes and the equipment surface to prevent indentation marks. Meanwhile, specially made triangular wooden wedges will be driven between the equipment base and the support feet.

After all fixing points are completed, workers will conduct a final shaking test — checking for any potential displacement of the equipment to ensure that each fixing link meets the standard of "completely immobile", providing a reliable guarantee for the safe transportation of the equipment.
