1.Manual decoiler is suitable for manual uncoiling and passive uncoiling (uncoiling the steel coil by pulling it through the main forming machine). The maximum width of the uncoiling reel can reach 650mm. Our manual uncoiling machine is equipped with a brake to prevent material scratches in case of emergencies and to better ensure the safety of workers.
2. Hydraulic decoiler: Our hydraulic decoiler is equipped with a pneumatic pressure arm (used to press the steel coil tightly to prevent the tension of the steel coil from injuring workers) and a sensing device (sensing the feeding situation of the steel coil and stopping work in time in case of emergency). If the customer does not have a forklift or a crane, we can also install a loading trolley for you.

1. Punched and embossed part

2. Main roll forming machine
The 40Cr alloy steel rollers (with an axle diameter of 80mm) are adopted. The minimum width of the small edge forming can be as small as 15mm, meeting the processing requirements of ultra-narrow frames.
Electronic control system
We use imported Delta brand electrical control, Schneider frequency converters, and Omron counters imported from Japan. The wiring of the machine's electrical box is connected with aviation plugs (which are tightly plugged in to prevent the wiring from getting damp during sea transportation). We will provide wiring diagrams in corresponding languages for the door panels of the electrical cabinet to facilitate customers' wiring and use.
